Had a wonderful 14 days discovering Baltics, travelling in comfort. So impressed with the ease and organisation that had gone into planning this trip. I would urge anyone out there to trust this company, we were royally looked after. Our grateful thanks to Matt, Kadi and Jeff.
My sister and I went on a 5 day break to Isle of Wight. It was brilliant and driver Andrew and courier Matt were friendly, polite and helpful all week. My sister has a mobility scooter which Matt lugged on and of the coach almost every day, he was a STAR***. We visited most of the major places and attractions, the Donkey Sanctuary, Godshill, Ryde, Yarmouth, The Pearl Shop to name a few. We could have gone to the Winery and Osbourne House, but as we had been before we did our own thing sometimes. It was excellent, of course the weather helped, the Isle of Wight has more sun, on average, than anywhere in England. Matt was a good courier he knew loads of interesting things about the Isle of Wight also very good with the teas and other drinks on route.

It was a brilliant evening which I thoroughly enjoyed and wonderful to be transported door to door. Thank you so much for all you did to oversee the trip and make it such a success with such a comfortable coach ride. It was a really amazing show and the seats you obtained for us were superb. It's a while (like a few years!) since I have been to a live show and it's amazing how clever they have got with the stage production, backdrops, sound effects, lighting etc. I compared notes with a friend who saw the London show and think we had a brilliant case for our version. In much appreciation for all your efforts to make it such a successful event."
"Hi Matt and Kadi. Just a line to say how much I enjoyed the shopping trip yesterday. I thought the day was well planned and the coach was very comfortable. The quiz on the way home was a great idea, and although as a newcomer to Dorset I hadn't got much of a clue, I had a go, and was surprised not to come bottom of the pile. The icing on the cake for me was that I got some really good bargains in the sales so I had a really good day. Thank you both."

After losing my wife over a year ago I have been struggling to cope I went to Blackpool last year and struggled, just got back from a mystery tour and now I am in a much better place and can't wait till find another holiday to go on. Its like having a brand new family everyone is so friendly.

If you're sitting in a coach on a Crossways Travel tour
And you're travelling on your own
Of one thing you can be sure
Someone will sit beside you and they will start to natter
About things they've said and thing they've done
And things that just don't matter
So please take my advice if you're travelling alone
Stick your head in a book or pretent you're on the phone
To avoid this situation there is something you can do
Next time you book a coach tour, make sure there's two of you.

Having just returned from Derbyshire trip I would like to say thanks to Matt and the driver for a lovely trip. I know we had a few issues with traffic and some places were inaccessible due to covid, but I still enjoyed it very much. The hotel was really good with some very polite and obliging staff, and the food was very nice indeed. I look forward to my next trip later in the year.

Had a fabulous week with Matt and Andy from Crossways on the Royal Norfolk Tour, it was so hot but Matt looked after everyone so well nothing was too much trouble for him even though it was 38 degrees some days.. Out Hotel in Kings Lynn was excellent, Cliff and I had a great week and would highly recommend Crossways.
