Across The Sea To The Scilly Isles

After pickups we start our journey towards Cornwall, making a stop en route around lunch time in beautiful Tintagel before continuing onto our overnight hotel in the Bodmin area. This evening you will enjoy a relaxing, included 3 course evening meal in the overnight hotel.

Today after an early breakfast we take you to Penzance ferry port, where we join our ferry to the Scilly Isles. Your luggage will be transported to the hotel, but you need to be able to walk 5 - 10 mins from the ferry to the hotel on arrival and get your own luggage onto the ferry. The rest of the day is yours to explore your new surroundings. Your tour manager will be with you throughout your stay and available for any information or advice.

After breakfast today we join a local guided excursion with an introductory tour of St Marys to help you learn more about this incredible island. Later we return to the hotel with time to relax and do our own thing before dinner.

After breakfast today we will all enjoy a fabulous boat trip to Tresco. Once here we have included a visit to the beautiful Tresco Abbey Garden. A glorious exception; a perennial Kew without the glass, Tresco Abbey Garden is home to some 20,000 plants from more than 80 countries, flourishing just 28 miles off the coast of Cornwall.

After a leisurely breakfast today the day is yours to explore the island on your own.

Today we sadly leave the hotel and the island for the final time and start our journey towards home. We rejoin the ferry early afternoon and return to Penzance, then rejoin our coach and start our journey towards home. We will also make a stop on our journey home to enable you to purchase food if you wish. This tour will arrive home late evening.
